Tenderloin is healthy and tasty. This super-simple recipe is astoundingly tasty. The rub is very flavorful and adds kick, but is mild enough that my young kids love it. I’m a baby about spicy stuff, but it’s one of my favorite meals.
Ingredients
- 48 oz pork tenderloin
- 6 T paprika
- 2 T pepper
- s T salt
- 1 T chili powder
Directions
- Heat over to 350°.
- Mix spices.
- Thoroughly rub all sides of each piece of pork.
- Place pork in a pan and bake until done (about 6–8 minutes per inch of thickness).

I love your recipe.. I usually use adobo ingredients for grilled meat or cook adobo on a pot but I love the “bake in the pan” idea! Will definitely try this one out
