Tenderloin is healthy and tasty. This super-simple recipe is astoundingly tasty. The rub is very flavorful and adds kick, but is mild enough that my young kids love it. I’m a baby about spicy stuff, but it’s one of my favorite meals.
- 48 oz pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 3–4 ounce pieces
- 6 T paprika
- 2 T pepper
- 2 T salt
- 1 T chili powder
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Mix spices. Thoroughly rub both sides of each piece.
- Pan sear each piece.
