Adobo-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Tenderloin is healthy and tasty. This super-simple recipe is astoundingly tasty. The rub is very flavorful and adds kick, but is mild enough that my young kids love it. I’m a baby about spicy stuff, but it’s one of my favorite meals.

Ingredients

  • 48 oz pork tenderloin
  • 6 T paprika
  • 2 T pepper
  • s T salt
  • 1 T chili powder

Directions

  1. Heat over to 350°.
  2. Mix spices.
  3. Thoroughly rub all sides of each piece of pork.
  4. Place pork in a pan and bake until done (about 6–8 minutes per inch of thickness).
