bank owned home Bank & Government Owned HomesAffordable housing is so important in this economy. Giving your family a place to live is one of the most crucial expenditures — and also one of the biggest drains on family finances. This afternoon I found that good friends of ours are looking at a foreclosed home right across the street from our new home. How great would it be to have a wonderful family move in — and how wonderful for them to move into a great house at an amazing price.

If you’re in the market for a new home and need a great price, check out Bank Owned for local listings. I found a bunch in my wonderful city at very, very good prices. Some have photos and enough information to down select to those that will fit your family, some would require more research.

Also consider looking at government homes for sale. This is another group of homes with motivated sellers.

Get your family into a lovely home at a bargain price!

For me, the hard part is to find house that near to the town but with affordable price.

I’ve sold a bunch of foreclosed homes – government, bank owned and even a private individual who lent money to a builder and had to foreclose. There are some good deals out there but also some that aren’t so hot. Do your research before you decide that all foreclosures are worth your time and money.

I’m certain there won’t be “all” of any category that is worth use of resources! Sheri, is right, do your research first.
