The best thing is to be patient and do not rush anything! its your house and you will live in it for life or for a long time. I was checking your custom home plans and you mentioned that the house is 6000 SQ, pretty nice! ours is 2800 but its enough for us but I won't complain if I can get 6000 SQ lol but cleaning it would be a huge task!
